About Kat Jordan

Kat Jordan is a refugee from the Rust Belt of Ohio, who escaped to the Blue Grass of Kentucky in 1992. She writes and blogs from ‘Jordan’s Croft’ a small farm where she lives with her husband, a retired Army Staff Sergeant and three horses.

She holds a degree in Applied Science, rides American Quarter horses, gardens and can often be found on the back of her husband’s Suzuki M109 motorcycle.

She says of her writing: “I write the stories that I want to read, stories written for the head as well as the heart, with complex characters, twisty plots and contemporary settings. There are no ‘ripped bodices’ in my fiction but you’ll find strong women, charming criminals, wounded heroes, mad artists and an occasional haunted motorcycle.

In progress right now – a series of novelettes subtitled ‘Horsewomen of the Zombie Apocalypse’ which are written as ‘Coming of Age’ stories.

Well, hey there! We’ve been looking for you and Chris – white pages not much help. Your mom is doing okay. I’ll let her know that you’ve been in touch. She doesn’t do email – though I’ve given her a half-dozen computers over the years. I found you on Face Book, so friend me. Good to hear from you.
